Ziggy's Indoor Training

Tuesday’s – MAX Power 6:30-8pm

90 minute class focused on short intervals (less than 2 minutes) designed to increase your maximum power. Connect your bike using PerfPro Studio and the Wahoo Kickr to see how much power you are producing and track your progress over time. Includes regular testing of your functional threshold power to ensure you are always working in the correct zones. 

Thursday’s – VO2 Max Intervals 6:30-8pm

90 minute class focused on mid-range intervals (2-6 minutes) designed to increase your V02 max and raise your aerobic threshold. Connect your bike using PerfPro Studio and the Wahoo Kickr to see how much power you are producing and track your progress over time. Includes regular testing of your functional threshold power to ensure you are always working in the correct zones. 

Saturday’s – Endurance Rides 7:30-9:30am

2 hour class focused on longer intervals designed to increase your endurance and aerobic threshold. Connect your bike using PerfPro Studio and the Wahoo Kickr to see how much power you are producing and track your progress over time. Includes regular testing of your functional threshold power to ensure you are always working in the correct zones.

First Class is $5

$175 10 Card Pass 

$600 5 Month Pass (Twice a week) November 8th to March 31st

We provide Wahoo Kickr trainers, Perf Pro software with complete rider profile & rider assessment, Guided Instruction. We have changerooms (no showers), towels and water for riders. Riders must bring own bikes and riding gear. Feel Free to call us if you have any questions.
