Indoor Cycling Sessions

Indoor Cycling Sessions for the 2018 Season that are going to start the week of November 14th and tentatively go through to March 3rd. Right now we are going to be offering Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30pm - 8:00pm, Saturday from 7:30am – 9:30am, and Sunday starting with 8:00 am – 10:00 am with options of starting earlier and running after.

The focus of each day will be Tuesday will be shorter high intensity efforts, Wednesday technique and a mix of intervals, Thursday longer “sweet spot” intervals, Saturday aerobic and technique, and Sundays will be a mix as we progress through the winter.
