We offer complete maintenance packages for most established bike brands, from basic repairs to full overhauls based on an in-shop diagnostic. Bring the bike in and we'll quote the labour and parts.

Complete bike strip-down to bare components for deep cleaning and overhaul
Full drivetrain, bearing system, and hardware inspection

Full-suspension MTB / eMTB: complete linkage overhaul (replacement bearings extra)

1. Suspension service is not included on MTB and eMTB packages.
2. Extra charge for very dirty, dusty, oily or muddy bikes.
3. New bartape is recommended for drop-bar bikes; parts & labour will be extra.

** Only available for motors we are certified to work on: Bosch, TQ, Fazua, Giant, Hyena, and Shimano.

Authorized E-bike Brands

We are an authorized dealer for Trek, Electra, Giant/Liv, Santa Cruz, and Gazelle equipped with Bosch, TQ, Fazua, Giant, Hyena, and Shimano systems.
Each member of our service team participates in annual training for suspension and e-bike systems to remain certified on specialty components.

Service Eligibility & Brand Requirements

When servicing e-bikes, manufacturers require firmware updates to ensure compatibility and minimize potential issues.
For other e-bike brands, please contact us prior to drop-off. Due to insurance or technical restrictions, we may not be able to service certain models.

Labour & Drop-off Process

Some otherwise standard service items may carry additional labour charges on e-bikes due to the extra steps required to safely address the system.
Upon drop-off, a service advisor will assess your bike and outline any anticipated parts and labour. If additional issues are discovered during service, we will contact you before proceeding with any additional costs.
