How it works
Buy a kids' bike from Ziggy's
Any new kids' bike in sizes 12" through 24".
Ride it
You have up to 2 years from the date of purchase to trade up.
Bring it back
Return the bike with all original accessories. We'll inspect it on the spot.
Get up to 50% back
We'll apply up to 50% of your original purchase price as credit toward a larger bike.
Program terms & eligibility
Eligibility
- Only bikes purchased new from Ziggy's Cycle are eligible.
- Eligible sizes: 12" through 24" kids' bikes.
- Trek Trikesters, MOD bikes, and all BMX bikes are not included.
- Must be used within 2 years of purchase.
- Trade-up is toward a larger size only.
Bike condition
- Tires must have at least 50% tread remaining and tubes must hold air.
- Brakes, drivetrain, and wheels must be in proper working order.
- No stripped nuts, bolts, or allen key sockets.
- Bike must be cosmetically presentable and rust free.
- All original accessories must be included or replaced.
Credits
- Credit is up to 50% of the original purchase price, subject to inspection.
- Credit amount may be adjusted based on the bike's condition at time of return.
- Ziggy's Cycle reserves the right to refuse bikes that have been significantly modified or damaged to the point where they are no longer fit to ride.
