Ziggy's Cycle & Sport Ltd is at 130 Weber Street West, Kitchener, ON N2H 4A2. Online orders are currently in-store pickup only.
Parts, apparel, and accessories
Unused items in original packaging can be returned in store within 14 days of pickup for a refund to the original payment method, or exchanged for store credit. Bring the receipt or order confirmation.
Bikes
Complete bikes are fitted and assembled to you. Returns are reviewed case by case in the shop. If something is wrong with the bike, contact us before riding it further so we can inspect it.
What we cannot take back
- Special-order items purchased for you (including Santa Cruz / Cervélo special order)
- Opened nutrition, lubes, sealant, or hygiene items
- Installed, worn, or damaged goods, or items missing parts or packaging
- Gift cards
Warranty claims on manufacturer defects are handled through the brand. We will help you start that process.
