Pickup

We are not offering shipping yet. Every online order is picked up in the shop at 130 Weber Street West, Kitchener, ON N2H 4A2.

• Floor stock is usually ready in 2–4 days. We email or call when it is on the counter.
• Special-order bikes and parts can take longer. The product page will say if an item is special order.
• Bring photo ID and the order confirmation.
• Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10–6, Saturday 10–4. Closed Sunday and Monday.
